These toilet cleaning bombs are quite strong. The smell hits you as soon as you open the packet. The toilet bombs did foam up a little and they made cleaning the toilet easier and any dirt came straight off when using the toilet brush. There was a few bombs that came broken which was a little disappointing and I do think they are overpriced for what they are but they do work well.
Warning! Do not stick your nose in the bag, just because it's earth friendly and has what should be a lovely scent. I ended up coughing and retching, and the smell certainly left a lasting impressing in my throat. The same goes for when dropping one in the toilet. With such a strong smell, I quickly put the lid down and closed the bag.Now, the toilet that I did, had bad limescale and no matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of it. It also had the usual marks and needed a good clean. Taking all this into considering, I chose to leave the dissolved tablet in the toilet overnight. Well I can safely say that it did very little. It didn't touch the limescale, nor the marks. After a brush and flush, the general colour did look a bit better. Not giving up, I thought I'd try a thirty minute fizz and put another one in. To my surprise, I managed to shift about 30% of the limescale and the dirty marks. As it was heavy work, I tried one more time for thirty minutes, but with two. It loosened off a little more, but not enough to get rid of it. Overall, I'll continue to use them as a prevention, but will search for other limescale removing methods.
I’m always looking for things that make cleaning easier and these 3-in-1 toilet bombs are a great idea.I wasn’t sure what the ‘3-in-1’ referred to but it says on the back of the pack that these dissolvable tablets will get rid of smells, limescale and stains.They have a lovely smell of eucalyptus and mind but it’s quite subtle and it just smells really fresh and clean. I just dropped a tablet into my toilet and it fizzed like a bath bomb as it did the cleaning work for me. It just needs a quick brush and flush after leaving it for 30 minutes and my toilet was left sparkling with a lovely fresh and clean scent.Yokuu recommends that you use one of these tablets at least once per month, so if you do just use it once per month for a deeper clean then this bag will keep two toilets clean for over a year.I like them and would reorder depending on the price (they are currently unavailable so I’m unable to comment on value for money).
I have to say... i never thought toilet cleaning would be such a breeze. 🙏 ordered these because i tried their other products. i love the scent eucalyptus and mint (i leave it in my toilet and it acts as a lovely air freshener) - very original.I just drop one of these in my toilet, come back 15 mins later, scrub... and my toilet is a perfect pearly white.no more disgusting bleach down the drain 💚💚💚. knowing i'm essentially cleaning with bacteria, the fact that packaging is recyclable... all in all it feels like i'm doing something good for the planet.
When you open the packet, you almost get knocked out by the splash of eucalyptus scent. It's very strong.... trust me, don't put your face in the packet and breath in unless you have a cold!However, this smell doesn't transfer once in the toilet. It does a little fizz and that's it.I'm assuming it cleans it as it claims, but it definitely doesn't leave a refreshed smell....it doesn't leave any smell!
I'm having a bit of a love hate relationship with these toilet cleaning tablets - they are effervescent and definitely make the job of cleaning toilets easier, but they can be troublesome.They arrive in a resealable pouch, and all of the tablets are loose inside - the seal can pop open at times, so you need to keep an eye on this, especially if you have toddlers. As the tablets are powder based, whenever they rub together inside the bag they mush up into a powder. So don't breathe when you open the bag or you end up inhaling a cloudful of chemically powdery dust - similarly, you get covered in it when reaching in the bag to grab a tablet - I recommend wearing gloves for this.I do like the laid back approach to chucking this into the bowl and coming back later once its all fizzed out - but it can be an issue if you don't have multiple toilets and someone wants to use the loo before its finished doing its thing - its essentially a mini bathbomb for your toilet so takes a while to dissolve. I do like that you get so many in the bag, and the bag is streamline and doesn't take up much room in my cleaning cupboard. It has good cleaning power too. So yes, a love hate relationship here.
Good toilet cleaner bombs, with a good scent and strong cleaning power. I had some strain dirt and I was able to finally remove it with those.Easy to follow the instructions: simply drop a bomb into your WC, let it dissolve for ~30 minutes or overnight, and clean your toilet.Unfortunately, the package I received was opened and some bombs were out, broken into pieces and powder across the box. That wasn't such a big deal since I only lost a few of them.

You just pop a whole tablet in the bowl and it will fizz up and work it's magic at cleaning the toilet with it's good bacteria ingredients whatever they are I have no idea.The tablet dissolves well and reminds me of the fizz you get when putting a bath bomb in your tub, floating fizz until completely dissolved.I could not smell anything in the bathroom once dissolved in the toilet, no fragrance what so ever not even a slight smell of the eucalyptus so this item would be more than suitable for those with allergies or breathing issues like asthma.

First up the packaging isn't up to par. You end up with what is a few grams of cleaning powder, not tablets. Just like many others have complained.The there's the price. You're meant to get 30 tablets, which is a quid a clean. We have 3 toilets. 3 quid every time we want to clean the toilets. Wtaf. I could literally pay someone to clean them for the price. What's even worse is being powder we got maybe 15 doses - so 6 quid per clean.Nb. We never paid that price. It was expensive at £15 or whatever it was. But £30 with prime delivery? Are you honestly out of your tiny minds? I don't care how bio it is, if it honestly reverted 100% of the earth's atmospheric carbon dioxide I wouldn't pay £30 for a bag which lasts a few weeks at best.Real up your prices to maybe £12 at the very most. And get some better packaging. This product is simply no good. Avoid.

I received a bag of powder instead of 30 individual tablets. It seems that the tablets - during transport and storage fall apart and you end up with a bag of powder.It does smell great and it kind of works removing lime scale in the toilet - but you can't really dose pouring powder down the toilet -= so the bag was empty after a few times using it...

These work really well, you just pop 1 tablet in the toilet, I waited 20 minutes then went and scrubbed the toilet, it was easy to clean and so much nicer than putting bleach down the toilet.A few of the tablets were already crushed in the bag when it arrived, but have no plastic coating around each tablet this is expected to happen.Very happy with how they have worked, would recommend

Haven't used anything like this before. They're interesting. Leave in for a minimum of 30mins, but overnight is a good idea if you can. Clean around with your brush, flush and be done. I don't find them outstanding. Do they do better than my usual cleaning efforts? Not sure! But they're easy to use. I had hoped the scent would be stronger, or have more of a lasting effect, but it doesn't. Minimal packaging which is good, but being paper be careful where you store it - I had mine in the bathroom then realised this wasn't such a good idea with the moisture in the air. Not sure what the price is - if it's not too much, could be a nice addition to make cleaning a little easier?
A review from the wife... I have used several Yokuu cleaning products in the past successfully and this is a good addition to the range. You get 30 cleaning tablets in a pack. You just pop a tablet down the toilet; it fizzes and melts. You can leave it for half an hour or even overnight before using the cleaning liquid to clean all around the toilet bowl. When you open the packet, you get quite a strong scent however when you use the product, it's fairly subtle in scent. It does a reasonable job of cleaning. I like the eco friendliness of the product and its packaging. I would use again.
Interesting and actually quite effective toilet cleaner tablets, although they need a little human elbow grease, but there are issues with the packaging. Ours arrived with the (thankfully non-plastic) pack intact but with a good handful of the 30 tablets inside crushed to a powder and a few others broken in half. So either the tablets need to be compressed together tighter so they're harder or the packaging needs to change to a box or something more protective.They've got an appealing fragrance of Mint Eucalyptus but avoid sticking your nose in the bag to savour it because they make you (OK, me) sneeze and cause your (OK, my) nose to tingle alarmingly. They don't do this when used in the loo. You simply throw one down the loo and watch as it fizzes and dissolves like a bath bomb, leave it for half-an-hour (or even overnight) and come back later and use your (not my) loo brush to give the loo a quick going-over using the now-dissolved tablet as the cleaning agent.This all works surprisingly well and the fizzing action removes marks and minor stains below the water line while your brush and aforementioned elbow grease do the same above the water. We live in a soft water area so limescale isn't a problem and I can't judge how effective they are on that but the solution does leave the toilet squeaky clean and fresh smelling (though it's a faint fragrance) with a modest amount of effort and no harsh chemicals. I would like to know what effect these have on a septic tank because we live in a rural setting with no mains drainage, but that aside these are a really interesting alternative to stinky chemical cleaners and if they can sort out the crumbling/crushing issue could become a regular purchase.

I couldn't detect any mint or eucalyptus scent.The concept behind this probiotic cleaning is that the product contains billions of purifying bacteria that clean and prevent grime and limescale build-up.I'm reasonably impressed with this probiotic cleaner because it delivers decent results. It cleans, but it's not any better or worse than my other cleaning products. However, the fact that it comes in tablet form, lasting longer and being more environmentally friendly, is a significant advantage.I might consider ordering this product again in the future.
